Ingredients
1 cup of boiled and chopped spinach (or chard or lettuce) * 150 g cream cheese * 1 egg 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1 teaspoon red pepper 1 small onion, chopped * * cumin, oregano and salt to taste
Preparation
- Brown the onion in oil
- Add the spinach or chard, beaten eggs and other ingredients
- Fill the cannelloni
- Arrange them on a baking sheet
- Báñelos with tomato sauce and pieces of buttery cheese
- Bake gratin and serve hot
