Ingredients
½ kg of old wheat bread * 2 eggs * * ½ liter of milk 10 drops vanilla essence * 5 tablespoons seedless raisins * 9 tablespoons of melted honey soup
Preparation
- Cut bread into medium pieces and soak in milk
- Then in soft, blend them with eggs
- Place in a bowl honey, vanilla and raisins washed in hot water and floured
- Add the liquid, stir well and pour the mixture into a caramel pudding basin
- Cook in a double boiler for 30 minutes
- Cool and Desmóldelo
