Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk * equally * cow's milk 3 eggs * 1 * tza sugar ½ cup water 1 teaspoon lemon zest * 6 drops of lemon juice
Preparation
- Melt the sugar with water to form a gold-colored syrup (caramel), then add the proceeds to a mold or pie pan and let cool.
- Blend the eggs, condensed milk and cow's milk for a few minutes
- When well blended, add the drops of silt and zest
- Blend a little and pour the product into the pudding basin
- Cook in a double boiler for 45 minutes
- Remove from pan when cool
