Farofa soybean meal or soybean







Carotene, provitamin D, vitamin E, K, B1, B2, B6, pantothenic acid, nicotinic acid, protein, fat, carbohydrates, ash, cellulose, lecithin, water, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, chlorine.

Ingredients
2 cups soy flour or residue that is acquired after preparing milk * 2 tablespoon oil * 1 onion finely chopped hard-boiled eggs, chopped * 2 * 6 green olives, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped parsley * salt to taste

Procedure
