Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cup flour * 2 egg yolks * 160 g butter or margarine * 1/3 cup sugar * 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons of vanilla coffee * 2 egg whites * jelly to taste
Preparation
- Cream the butter or margarine with sugar until light mass
- Add the egg yolks, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
- Slowly add the sifted flour, mixing well to avoid lumps
- Form into small balls, passing them through the egg whites. You can also go through chopped walnuts
- Place the balls on greased baking sheet, leaving space between them (2 cm)
- Press down on the center of the ball
- Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown
- Before serving, fill with jelly on your taste
