Ingredients
1 boiled cauliflower 4 eggs 3 cups milk * ½ cup grated cheese * ½ cup flour 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon chopped parsley * * enough bread flour salt to taste
Preparation
- Mix the flour, milk, butter, beaten eggs and salt
- Take the heat, stirring until thickened. The dough should be consistent
- Remove from heat
- Add the grated cheese and mix well
- Place spoonfuls of the dough on the table sprinkled with breadcrumbs
- Lots of dough should stay separate. Let cool a little, open them and enter them a bouquet of cauliflower
- Wrap and pass them in breadcrumbs
- Take them to the oven until golden brown
- Take the heat, stirring until thickened. The dough should be consistent

Suggestion
Serve with raw salads. Do not forget that at every meal with salt, should be eaten raw vegetables, to promote metabolism
