Apple sponge cake

Ingredients
* 100 g butter * 500 g of grated coconut * 3 * 2 large apples 1/2 cup flour * 1 1/2 cup milk 4 eggs 1 tablespoon of soup baking powder


Procedure

- Beat the eggs, butter and sugar until being a cream
- Add little by little milk, sifted flour and baking powder, stirring slowly
- Cut apples into small cubes and mix with a little sugar and cinnamon
- Prepare a greased and floured source and place half of the dough
- Add the apple filling and cover with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes

Suggestion
Own for light meals. Serve with papaya juice or banana (banana)
