Soybean fishcakes





Rich in potassium and a good source of magnesium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, manganese, folate and contains some vitamins like the vitamin E and B6.
Preparation
- Place the residue of soybeans in a bowl
- Add the tomato, onion, and finely chopped parsley, egg, flour and other ingredients
- Mix well and proceed to form croquettes
