Lemon pudding

Ingredients

3 eggs 1 cup flour * ½ cup of fruit juice * 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 1 teaspoon baking powder ¾ cup sugar *


Preparation

- Beat the egg yolks
- Add the lemon juice and fruit juice
- Mix flour and sugar, adding to the above mixture. stir well
- Beat the egg whites and add them gradually, stirring constantly
- Pour the mixture into a pie pan enmanetecada
- Cook over water bath in oven, light temperature

Suggestion
For dessert or snacks.

Apple sponge cake

Ingredients
* 100 g butter * 500 g of grated coconut * 3 * 2 large apples 1/2 cup flour * 1 1/2 cup milk 4 eggs 1 tablespoon of soup baking powder


Procedure

- Beat the eggs, butter and sugar until being a cream
- Add little by little milk, sifted flour and baking powder, stirring slowly
- Cut apples into small cubes and mix with a little sugar and cinnamon
