Today we will make a quick and easy pizza, but more important is going to be healthy.
Ingredients
Lactal bran or bran bread, cut into small strips romaine lettuce, 1 can of corn, chopped hard-boiled egg, 1 tomato, peeled and chopped, 1 clove of garlic bread.
Preparation
* * Take the bread crumble all, putting on a few drops of milk or water to knead without sticking to hands.
* Spread a baking pizza with oil or butter, place the bread completely covering it.
