Cold sauce "Give Me Fire"

 

This sauce is known for spicy that leaves your mouth, because an ingredient is chili or garlic bad word.
Has 2 styles performed, one is with processor or blender and the other into small cubes.

 

Ingredients Round tomatoes 2 Chiles Serranos 2 1 avocado Lemon juice 1 ½ onion 5 sprigs cilantro

SAUCE IS IDEAL FOR WHITE MEAT, AND THAT IN THIS WAY IS MORE FLAVOR SPICY passable.
IN CASE OF BEING ACCOMPANIED IN RED MEAT it IS RECOMMENDED ACCOMPANY WITH A WINE OR PINK.
