Roasted Carrot

Properties

Vitamins A, B, B2, C; minerals, calcium, iron, silicon, potassium, sodium, phosphorus and magnesium.

Ingredients

2 cups gluten and seasoned diced 2 cups grated raw carrot * 3 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons chopped parsley * 4 cloves garlic, minced * 1 red pepper chopped fine without skin * 1 onion finely chopped * salt and oil at ease



Preparation
* Mix the seasoning with gluten carrot
* Add the beaten eggs, chopped onion, stirring well
* Then add the parsley, garlic, oil and salt to taste
* Mix all ingredients
* Then pour into a well-oiled source
* Roast in a moderate oven for 1 hour, until golden
