Roast Spinach





Spinach

Rich in iron, lime, chlorophyll and vitamins


Preparation

* After washing the spinach, cut finely

* Mix

Preparation

* Cut the eggplant into cubes, in shell

Brown Rice - Second Formula




Brown rice

Preparation

* Saute the onion, garlic and carrot in oil
