Elaboration
Sifting, ka flour and spices in a bowl. Incorporate the butter with your fingers until you get something that looks like breadcrumbs. Incorporate sugar, fruit, Kero and milk.
Mix well, add the baking soda and vinegar to quickly add to the dough, mixing well.
Pour into a buttered mold of a kilo and put in hot oven for 2 hours until the bread is golden brown. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
