Gluten steaks




Ingredients
1 cup gluten * 2 eggs * 4 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons oil * ½ cup chopped nuts or crushed * 1 tablespoon parsley * 2 chopped onions 1 tablespoon oregano * 1 clove garlic 1 small portion of cumin * salt to taste

suggestion

Serve with raw salads or pickled eggplant



Procedure
