Hot vegetable stew

Serves 4

1 sweet potato cut into medium dice
2 potatoes cut into medium dice (cubes or dice)
2 green zucchini diced
1 carrot, grated
1 kilo of pumpkin cut into cubes or dice
2 shelled corn
1 peeled tomato and cubeteado
2 green onions
1 medium onion dices
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup wheat / rice / lentil / pea / etc (or any of them to combine 2 of them)
2 tablespoons oil
seasonings like cumin, pepper, salt, seasoning for rice,

Procedure

Place in a pot 3 cups water and bring to the stove over medium heat
* Place first cereals and boil 20 minutes
* Place potatoes, sweet potatoes boil 10 minutes
* Place the corn, tomatoes, green onions cut into rings, onion and garlic cloves zucchini and squash. Oil.
* Stir and add more water if necessary.
* Allow the pumpkin to dissolve all (you may step to accelerate the preparation)
* Remove from heat and serve with pieces of fresh cheese.
