Rolled meat (imitation matambre)




Ingredients

1 Kilo of azotillo, 4 tablespoons vinegar, salt and pepper to taste 4 tablespoons chopped parsley, dried herbs to taste, chopped 3 cloves garlic, 1 carrot, 1 red pepper, 10 green olives, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin.


Elaboration
