Ingredients
4 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons butter, rice 350grs 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 onion, chopped fine girl, 1/2 liter of broth, 2 tablespoons ketchup, salt and pepper 200grs. diced cooked ham, 1/2 cup of white wine.

* Place in a saucepan the oil and butter, bring to medium heat and brown the rice without first rinsing.
* Add the strips of peppers and chopped onion.
* Once all braised, add 2 tablespoons ketchup.
* Season to taste and cook for 10 minutes without stirring.
* You will now add the broth and cook for 15 minutes
* Add the ham and cover the pan leaving a small opening to allow steam to escape. Cook for 5 minutes
* Remove from heat and let stand adding the glass of wine.
Serve accompanied with salad greens
