Ingredients
12 eggplant, 4 tablespoons vinegar, 1/4 cup oil, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup chopped onion girl, 1 cup red bell pepper or chopped, 4 cloves chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste, 1 chopped tomato and peeling.

Elaboration
* Wash eggplants and cut well over half
