Ingredients
1 1/2 quart of broth, 300g semolina, 2 cuchcaradas margarine, 2 eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste 300 grams of sausage, 1 onion, chopped girl, 1/2 cup vermouth. 1 can of peas, 1 cup chopped tomato
elaboration
Heat the broth and when to boil add the semolina in rain, stirring with a whisk alambra for us and bunching.
Cook for a few minutes, remove from heat.
Add margarine and eggs at the same time.
Bring the mixture into a mold Savarin and bake for 30 minutes.
Apart fry the onion, add the chopped tomatoes, season to taste and cook for 15 minutes.
Bring the sausage to a plate or oven to degrease. Once dry, cut into small pieces.
Add it to the sauce prepared with tomatoes.
Unmold semolina, above drizzle with sauce and garnish with a mattress of peas.
