Chicken with honey


Ingredients

1 chicken, 3 cloves of garlic, 250 grams of dates, 4 CS oil 6 sprigs cilantro 1 CC ground cinnamon, 2 onions, 25 cl vegetable stock, 1 cc of ginger powder, 150 grams of almonds 1 pinch of saffron, 3 CS honey, salt, pepper


Preparation of the dish

* cook covered for 30 minutes

Serve hot with baked sweet potatoes without peeling.
