Applesauce



Applesauce




Ingredients

3 kg of peeled and diced small or large blocks, according to taste
1ks sugar 1/2
Cream to decorate or caramel

Process

Place in a pot, apples and sugar. Cook over low heat for about 1 hour. The Caramelized Apples should look like,
but transparent.
Cover a mold with foil or film and fill with apples
Refrigerate and chill well. Approximate 6 hours.

Serve with flakes tablespoon cream or dulce de leche

Pumpkin puree and apple

Preparation:

Ingredients
