cream soup




DEVELOPMENT

* Peel the garlic and chop nice guy
* Grated potatoes
* Place the butter in a pan and fry the garlic and grated potato
* Once bleached all add broth to cover everything without exceeding much

Basic broth


Ingredients
15 cups water (3 liters) * 2 cups sliced carrots 1 cup cabbage 2 cups chopped potatoes * 1 onion, chopped leek leaves * * * 3 cloves garlic, oregano to taste

Preparation

- All the ingredients are cooked in water for 45 minutes over low heat
- Then strain the broth, let it cool and store it in the refrigerator

Suggestion

This broth can be used as a base for soups and other preparations.
Do not add salt to the cooking oil.
